The session begins before you say a word. We review the handwritten notes, the phone photos of lunches, the reality of a 7am rush and a 9pm craving. The nutritionist sits across from you—not behind a desk—to turn the page and listen. It’s a quiet moment of assessment, not a prescription pad.

"The goal isn't a perfect diet; it's a sustainable plan that fits your life."

This is a 45-minute dedicated block. No back-to-back slots. We discuss the specific dietary needs of living in Malaysia—navigating nasi lemak at the office canteen, managing sugar intake in kopi, and respecting cultural halal requirements while hitting protein goals.

The Two-Step Protocol

  1. Fill the form. Be honest. We need your baseline, not your ideal.
  2. Wait for our email. We reply within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) with available slots.

Side-note: We do not sell supplement packages. Our advice is food-first and evidence-based.

Before You Book: What We Need From You

This is not a quick fix. We build habits over months. To respect your time and investment, we require a baseline of information. If you cannot provide these, we cannot help you effectively.

1. Food Log (3 Days)

Photos are acceptable. We need detail, not aesthetics.

2. Medication/Supplements

List dosage and frequency. No omissions.

3. Specific Goals

"Reduce bloating" is better than "lose weight."

4. Budget & Constraints

Halal only? Allergies? Limited time to cook? Tell us.

Common Pitfalls

The 24-Hour Fast

Do not starve yourself before the session. We need to see your baseline, not a temporary physiological shock.

Vague Goals

"Get healthy" is unmeasurable. Specific symptoms or performance metrics allow us to track progress.

Hiding the Snacks

We are not here to judge. We need the full picture, including the 10pm Maggi goreng.

First consult: RM 150. Follow-up: RM 100. No hidden costs.
