01. Access Protocols
Eligibility
Services are available to individuals aged 18 and older. For minors (13–17), access requires explicit parental consent via the guardian verification form. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that fail age verification protocols.
Account Integrity
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. NutriFokus operates on a single-user license per account. Sharing access with third parties (family, trainers, medical professionals) violates clinical data integrity standards and will result in immediate suspension.
Acceptable Use
Our platform is a diagnostic and tracking tool, not a medical device. Do not use NutriFokus to diagnose conditions or replace professional medical advice. Data entered must be accurate; "test" entries or falsified metrics corrupt the algorithm and void your subscription.
02. The Consultation Protocol
Booking a consultation with a NutriFokus nutritionist is a clinical interaction. We adhere to strict privacy standards under Malaysian law. Here is what changes hands, and what doesn't.

03. Liability & Service Limits

Service Uptime
We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance. We are not responsible for lost data due to user device failure or internet outage during entry.
Payment & Refunds
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has started. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.

04. Intellectual Property & Changes
All content, algorithms, and visual designs on NutriFokus are proprietary. You may not scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our calculators. Sharing screen captures of your dashboard on social media is permitted with attribution.
We update these terms to reflect legal changes or feature updates. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. We will notify you via email of material changes.
05. Enforcement & Contact
Violations of these terms result in a warning, followed by account suspension. Appeals can be made via email. We are transparent about enforcement actions.
